- 4 wheelers will not be permitted.
- There is no target shooting on the premises.
- There is no hunting on the premises.
- Tenants will have to keep the noise and music to a moderate level.
- There is a $100.00 refundable security deposit.
- Things you will need to bring shall include towels, food, drinking water, as well as other personal belongings.
- Well water is provided for showers and dish washing.
- There is firewood for the wood stove that is in the basement.
- There is a pellet stove in the living room with a charge of 6.00 dollars per bag of pellets or the going price.
- There is Direct TV service and a DVD player furnished, you will have to bring your own movies.
- There is also a gas grill to use for your favorite grilling foods.
- All tenants will be responsible to leave the cabin as they find it in a nice, neat, organized condition for the next tenant. All trash needs to go with campers.
- No pets are permitted.
